What an awesome place to stay at!!!
The six of us (Jo-mari, Louis, Scott, Tarryn, Dalton and Denton) were soaking wet when we arrived at Winlow Lagoon on our superbikes, because of the rainstorm that hit us near George. But we were greeted with a smile by Winston and Lorna. We found a heater and dried what we could (for a short while). The place is neat, warm and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here: Montagu is a friendly, relaxed and lovely place, and this guest house matches that well. Shirley and Paul are excellent hosts, and their descriptions of the local restaurants was good and accurate - with bookings of the chosen ones to make it even easier. Wonderful location!
Walking distance to several restaurants and shops; the beach just across the road; scenic views. Friendly and helpful staff. Well kept with newer fixtures but still maintains the charm of an older hotel. When the new rooms are complete it will be superb. I would definitely use this hotel again. — Anonymous, United Kingdom
