An experience to repeat very soon!!! The weather was cloudy but the place is so cosy that not going to the beach wasn't an issue:) It was pleasure just staying in and play some games inside!!! Hout bay stay was perfect for us. It was a very nice apartment, very clean and fully equipped- from top to toe. It felt like you were borrowing you best friend´s supernice apartment. From the livingroom area you had a wonderful view over the mountains and you could just sit and watch this while seated in one of the sofas inside. Very nice!! We visited Jabula Lodge (21-28 December 2008) for our honeymoon. What a wonderful experience. Websites can be very misleading, especially when they start showing pictures of wildlife....but Jabula Lodge was all it promised and more. We saw more animals (including 4 of the big5) by going for walks in and around the Lodge, than during organized game drives! Yes, it is safe to go for walks!!!! The staff were fantastic.
