Corporate Travel Consultant
Our Corporate Travel Team is based in Tokai and we are searching for motivated consultants who will thrive in our fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with our portfolio of corporate clients
- Offering customer service of the highest level
- Obtaining favourable rates for clients
- Maintaining fast turnaround time
- Enquiry requests
- Booking requests
- Follow up calls
- Reporting any technical issues to our Development Team
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years experience dealing with corporate clients
- Passionate about travel
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language with an exceptional standard of written and spoken communication
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated individual
Advantageous
- Experience in the Travel industry
- Second language
