Corporate Travel Consultant
We're looking for enthusiastic Corporate Travel Consultants to join our Corporate Travel Team in Tokai.
Our Corporate Travel Consultant position is your dream job if:
- You have Matric
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience dealing with corporate clients
- You are passionate about travel
- You have fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- You have an excellent command of the English language
- You have advanced MS Office skills
- You are a highly organised and self-motivated individual
Your role with include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with our portfolio of corporate clients
- Offering customer service of the highest level
- Obtaining favourable rates for clients
- Maintaining fast turnaround time
- Enquiry requests
- Booking requests
- Liaising with Establishments
- Follow up calls
- Reporting any technical issues to our Development Team
It’s a big plus if:
- You have experience in the travel industry
- You know a second language
