Content Consultant

This role involves telephonic customer liaison and the capturing of information onto the back and front end of the website. You will be responsible for updating live accommodation webpages with rates, images and content when an establishment requests changes.

Our Content Consultant position in Tokai is your dream job if you:

• Can work accurately under pressure

• Have excellent communication skills
• Have an eye for detail
• Are super organized

There are a few essential requirements:

• Fast, accurate typing skills
• Own transport
• Telephone/customer care skills

This is not the job for you if:

• You loathe data capturing
• You’re not proficient in Outlook & MS products

The successful candidate will also be required to maintain excellent supplier relationships and work on a variety of team projects.
