FEES & VAT ISSUES

Commission Charges on Reservations:

• SafariNow.com charges a minimum of 15% commission + VAT on the quote value of paid-up confirmed bookings. If you are VAT registered this commission is calculated against the VAT Exclusive quote value.
• The commission charged is all inclusive. It includes all bank credit-card costs, bank on payment costs and e-commerce costs incurred by SafariNow.com in processing booking payments.
• Minimum Booking Fee : R 45.60 (including VAT). Quotes valued at less than R270 are subject to the minimum booking fee.
• Minimum Deposit Amounts : Due to the minimum booking fee we do not allow client booking deposits less than R 45.60.

• SafariNow.com (Pty) Ltd is a registered VAT vendor in the Republic of South Africa.
• Our registration number is 4110197904.
• Our charges attract VAT at 14% if your business is based in South Africa. Non-South African operations attract zero rated VAT.

Quoting to Clients & VAT

• You must quote a VAT inclusive amount as specified by legislation in your country.
• You must supply SafariNow.com with your registered VAT number.
• Be sure to insert the VAT percentage (eg 14 in South Africa) in the block provided on the quote form.
