 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation terms vary between establishments, and those pertaining to each establishment are viewable at appropriate times during the reservations process.
On receipt of a written instruction from you to cancel the reservation, SafariNow.com will make the relevant refund payment to you within 3 working days.
Should refunds to a bank account be required per Swift transaction, a charge of R185 will be levied against the refundable amount.
