This one's perfect for a winter brunch...
Bartholomeus Klip Farmhouse Muesli Pie
this is what you need...
- 250 g mixed dried fruit
- 1 rooibos teabag
- 1 lemon sliced
- warm water
- Place mixed fruit in a bowl and soak overnight
- For muesli:
- 250g nutzi crunch / or any other muesli
- 50g butter
- 50 ml honey
this is what you do...
Melt the butter and honey and coat the muesli.
Strain the dried fruit and pack into a deep pie dish. Spoon the muesli on top and heat in microwave first for two minutes to heat through. Bake in 180’c oven for about five minutes, or until it looks golden brown.
Serve warm with thick cream or plain yoghurt... mmm!
