Our first visit and we didn't actually explore the town or surrounding region, both of which look stunning.
Bonnievale was extremely useful as a supply centre while camping in the area. We made full use of the local outlets and found that they were conveniently open on Sundays and public holidays.
Sweet town

This is a sweet little place, ideal as a base from which to explore the Roberston area and wine estates. It has most of the things, shops, one needs. It is a bit short on restaurants.
