Who We Are

With over 19,000 listed establishments and more than a million monthly visitors, SafariNow is Africa’s biggest and most established travel booking network – and we’re growing by the day. For the past 14 years, we’ve worked tirelessly to craft the ultimate Internet travel service – one that leads the world from right here in Africa. And we’re only just getting started.

Pioneers of the web generation, we’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings in 1999, when the idea of using the Internet as a travelling tool was nothing but a pipedream. A decade and a half down the line, we’re now a team of over 100 passionate and inspired individuals, no less committed to the pursuit of breaking boundaries and blazing trails.

Of course leading from the front isn’t something that just happens – it requires a lot of hard work and dedication. But that doesn’t mean there’s no time for fun. After all, we believe that without a healthy work/life balance, it’s impossible to achieve the extraordinary.

That’s why our awesome offices in Tokai and Scarborough have been designed to promote just that. You see we believe a healthy mind is an innovative mind. So it’s not unusual to see intense strategic sessions followed by a quick game of table tennis or a brisk walk on the beach. It’s all in a day’s work here at SafariNow.

So where to from here? We believe that with the right team and a firm set of core values in place, there’s no limit to what we can achieve, and we can’t wait to take the next steps in our exciting adventure. We hope you’ll join us for the ride!
