The apartment is on the first floor of the building and is accessed via a stairway. The unit does not have a sea-view, however beach-access is across the road. The unit is serviced prior to arrival and on departure. Please take note of the sleeping arrangement: Main Bedroom: Double Bed, 2nd Bedroom, 2 Single Beds, One double bunk bed for kids in the lounge. Please note that an admin / cleaning fee of R375.00 is charged for each booking, along with a refundable Key/Breakage deposit of R500.00. NO PETS ALLOWED. Unruly behaviour, domestic squabbles, distubance of the peace, domestic violence and / or wilful damage to property will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate eviction of the tenant, without any refund whatsoever. Criminal charges will be instituted if necessary.
